Privacy
Your ScoreCard data
ScoreCard is a private weekly process tracker. This page explains the limited data needed to provide the account and synchronization features.
Data stored
Your account stores your email address, username, authentication and security records, ScoreCard rules, daily entries, weekly reviews, preferences, and related timestamps. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth and are not stored in the ScoreCard application database.
How it is used
The data is used only to authenticate you, synchronize your private scorecard across devices, recover account access, and operate and secure the service. ScoreCard does not sell account data or use it for advertising.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication and database storage. Cloudflare Pages hosts the website and Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. Brevo delivers transactional account emails such as confirmations and password recovery messages.
Retention and deletion
Active account data remains available until the account is deleted. Deleting an account removes its login and live ScoreCard data. Protected operational backups may retain a temporary copy until those backups are securely deleted or replaced.
Your controls
The Account area lets you change your email or password and permanently delete the account. For privacy questions or assistance, use the same contact channel through which you received access to ScoreCard.
